This is an English summary of the Terms of Service for Grants Guide, operated by Support Japan Life Protect LLC (the "Operator"). The Japanese version is the legally binding text; in the event of any discrepancy, the Japanese text prevails.

Some features require registration. You are responsible for maintaining accurate information and for the security of your credentials.

3. Service content

Grants Guide provides search, AI matching and consultation booking related to Japanese subsidies and grants. Programme details are sourced from public agencies; the Operator does not warrant their accuracy or completeness. Final eligibility decisions rest with the relevant issuing agency.

4. Prohibited conduct

• Violating laws or these terms
• Infringing the rights of others
• Interfering with service operation
• Providing false information
• Unauthorised access to other accounts
• Any other conduct the Operator deems inappropriate

5. Intellectual property

All rights to the service belong to the Operator or its licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute content without prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. The Operator is not liable for losses arising from use, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court with jurisdiction over the Operator's head office.
